Well I do not have any pictures as of right now of the past 2 weeks of work but a lot has changed! The siding is all the way up and painted, and the interior is framed out and electrical is run!! The electrical was more than we thought it was going to be so the budget was pretty much done with once that was completed. But it is done and done correctly so from here on out it is going to be one piece of insulation and or sheet rock at a time until it is finished. The Lord will provide and we will continue to do what we can when we can. Pictures to come soon!

So the siding is up! And the duct work is half way done on the inside. Next step, get Thrasher Electric over to do the check on the electrical thats already there and add some can lights and then insulation, drywall and acid wash on the floor and were good to go!! Hopefully it wont take as long as I think it might. Here are a few recent pictures, I need to be better about taking them.

So we have begun the major, very large, probably never ending project of finishing our basement!! We have big plans for it but here are the first pictures. We started this past Sunday and once we close off this room we are going to get going on the rest of it. This area is going to be the drum/music room...aka a room where Dawson can do whatever he likes and hang all his ugly posters and I wont say a word. :) More to come.
Pictures will be up shortly of the little place that we call home :) When we bought the house we had to repaint the outside, add new siding to part of it, and replace the front porch and the back deck. We are so happy with how it turned out and will hopefully be starting to finish the basement soon! Like I said more recent pictures to come.....
