Josiah weighed in at 15.3 lbs last week!! 27 in long! and with a head of 17.24 in! Seriously??? Its pretty hard to believe that he is already that big. I know I havent been very good about posting pictures lately, but I will do my best during the holidays to get a few up to share!

We have had a very eventful week and weekend and are still recuperating. Josiah over the past week I think has gotten more comfortable. He is smiling all the time and is really getting confident hearing himself talk. He talked alot before but now it is with more power and around more people. He is so cute I cant stand it! He did so well at the shower we hosted Saturday. He woke up a little after 2 and was in the wrap the whole time just looking around at everyone and all of the little people that were over. Once he was about ready to go down again and I took him out to change him, he saw me and just started talking with such excitement like, Mom did you know all those people were here?? Let me tell you about all Ive seen!!! It was so sweet! He loves watching different people and especially little kids. Here a a few pictures of him in the wrap at the shower!

11-1-10

I just realized last night that this time last year we found out that we were pregnant and were so excited we had to tell a few people! Its crazy how much changes in a year and all of the different ways the Lord stretches and blesses you. Josiah is growing like crazy still, he is wearing only 6 month clothing now and he will be 4 months on the 9th. Dont know if that is normal or not. He has rolled a few times. He mainly does it in his crib when Im not looking of course :) He did roll over twice on the bed though. But the majority of his moving is in his bed, from one end to the other and from tummy to back. Looking forward to the next few staged with him. Going to wait on introducing food as long as I can. I keep going back and forth on it but as long as I can keep him satisfied with just me then that is what Im going to do. Then we will get into the funny face pictures he makes when trying new food:) Cant wait! No new cute pictures as of right now...other than the ones on the main page. Ill be more diligent about taking them once this week is over. He is going to fall back in love with a long lost friend though....Amber Brown is coming back to Atlanta!! He loved her a few months ago before she went to Texas for a few months to work and be with her mom. Were both looking forward to seeing and spending time with her!!

I was trying to figure out a good Christmas present for the parents, when I realized pictures of Josiah would do the trick! I had a friend take a few yesterday and I can not begin to explain how in love I am with all of them! It is going to be so hard choosing one or two to give for Christmas! Here are a few....Im sure Ill post more later :)

He is a mess!!! We absolutely love!! being parents. Its definitely already had its challenges but we are so excited and feel so blessed to have him here with us. He is so interested and social its crazy!
